I'm a beginner in yoga and I have a question!
It's been 2 weeks since I started yoga, and there are many poses that are difficult due to lack of flexibility. Are there any YouTube channels or apps you would recommend for beginners? Also, could you recommend a mat?
It's been a week since I started daily check-ins!
At first, I thought it would be bothersome, but doing it every day has made it a habit. Especially by logging my runs, my stamina has improved and I feel a sense of accomplishment. Thanks to everyone doing this together, I feel more motivated! Let's all keep it up! 💪
